64 Bit Performance Issue Resolved
With the hotfix from Microsoft we have resolved this issue. It was a bug, which was fixed with hotfix. If anyone has performance issue contact Microsoft and get hotfix.

Yes the memory leak caused the performance issue on our side. Basically something took few seconds on my laptop, but took well well over 6 minutes on a big box.
